Nigeria’s CESL buys off FPSO Armada Perdana

A Nigeria Company, Century Energy Services Ltd (CESL), now owns
the Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel Armada Perdana, following an agreement
by Bumi Armada on consideration to sell the facility at US$40 million.

CESL plans to redeploy the vessel to another field in
Nigeria.

It was reported that Armada Perdana had been out of contract in Nigeria since its
previous charterer, Erin Petroleum Nigeria, along with its parent company Erin
Energy Corporation, filed for bankruptcy in April 2018.
