10 ships arrive Lagos ports with petrol

Ten
ships laden with petrol have arrived at the Lagos ports and waiting to berth,
the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) has said on Thursday in Lagos.


This
is contained in NPA’s daily ‘Shipping Position’ made available to newsmen.
According
to the breakdown given, another ship also arrived at the Lagos port with
general cargo.

Meanwhile,
the NPA said 27 ships laden with various cargoes were being expected at the
Lagos ports from March 3 to March 18.

Fourteen
of the expected ships will arrive with containers, while five others are to
bring in general cargoes, the NPA said.

It
said food products including bulk salt, buckwheat and bulk sugar would be
brought in five other ships, while the remaining three ships are to bring in
petrol.
