The Minister of Transportation, Mr. Rotimi Amaechi on Thursday inspected maritime security assets in Lagos.

Amaechi was accompanied on the assessment tour by the Minister of Defence, Maj Gen Bashir Salihi Magashi (rtd), the Chief of Naval Staff, Vice Admiral Ibok Ekwe Ibas, and the Director-General, Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr Bashir Jamoh.
