A robust team of business and luxury goods experts
will be making several presentations on luxury living and luxury items at the forth-coming
Lagos luxury lifestyle Summit slated for Oct. 26 at the Lagos Oriental Hotel,
Victoria Island.

Lifestyle Summit and Publisher of The Luxury Reporter, said that
Mr. Foluso
Phillips, who is the Executive Chairman of Phillips Consulting  and former Chairman of the Nigerian Economic
Summit Group, would speak on “ Growing the Lagos Luxury Sector: Opportunities  and Challenges.”



Phillips is known for his vast
experience in the luxury sector in addition to his organisation’s depth of
research reports on the industry in Lagos State.
 

She also disclosed that the Lagos
State Government had endorsed the summit, as the host city and as published in
the Lagos tourism calendar of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture.
Osae-Brown added that alongside
Phillips’ presentation that promises to let people into the available
opportunities in the sector in Lagos State, very rewarding experiences will be
shared from Kenyan and South African luxury markets as
Michael Nwai, CEO,
Luxuria Lifestyle East Africa,
speaks on The Kenya
experience.
Nwai’s is expressly passionate for the luxury industry in Africa as he specializes
in
connecting luxury brands to consumers on the continent and to opportunities in
the sector.
On luxury home ware, Modupe
Ogunlesi, the CEO of Adam and Eve Homeware who has been in the luxury retail business for
upward of 20 years will also share experiences.
She will speak on luxury retail in Lagos: The making of homegrown luxury brand.
Bola Allison, who has been a Jeweller for 15 years
will speak on The next phase of luxury in Lagos: expectations and challenges.
The Summit will also feature a panel discussion to
further engage professionals and experts in the luxury sector
, even as a golf tournament will engage
professionals and corporate brands for the second day of the summit.
Tope Ogbeni-Awe, Partner of The Lagos Luxury Lifestyle
Summit and Chief Service Officer, Topcomm PR has called on brands to take
advantage of the summit to showcase their products as spaces are limited.
