Managing Director of the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA)Malam Habib Abdullahi,
has assured the Infrastructure Concession and Regulatory Commission (ICRC) of

that his re- appointment was an indication of his dedication to duties.
said that ICRC was established in 2005 for two major reasons which are;
addressing physical infrastructure deficits and certifying projects by
Ministries, Departments and Agencies. (MDAs) and Monitoring project compliance
told the Managing Director that ICRC was in Lagos to visit Lekki deep-sea ports
projects and the KiriKiri Lighter Terminals 1&2 with a view to ascertaining
the level of infrastructure development and condition respectively.
