Fresh start for Grace and Glory Chapel!



 

The Grace and Glory Chapel will formally be inaugurated today, Jan. 23, by Apostle Bank Akinmola at the church’s  2b, Gbolade  Adebola House, by Adebola House, off Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos.

Senior Pastor and Founder of the Church, Dr Mike Adebamowo, disclosed this in an interview.
He also said that Pastor Tunde Bakare would be ministering at the thanksgiving celebration service, which will hold on Sunday, Jan. 25, by 2 p.m.
Dr  Adebamowo said that in spite of the fresh inauguration, the  ministry had been in existence for over 10 years.
According to him, the Grace and Glory Chapel ‘aims at developing a people in the finished work of Christ, living a grace-based life and revealing His glory in their generation.’
He said the ministry started in the United States of America as Bible Faith Church of God, Graceland, under the watch of Bishop David Adeoye.
When the leading came to start a work in Nigeria, Bishop Adeoye commissioned Dr Adebamowo to take on the responsibility, an assignment he undertook faithfully until now, he said.
“We have actually been involved in ministry about 10 years ago, it started in the US by Bishop David Adeoye, that is the Bible Faith Church of God, the Graceland.
“On God’s instruction, when he had a leading to start a work in Nigeria over 10 years ago, God used me to pioneer that work,” he said.
Dr Adebamowo  is involved in a number of demanding assignments; working as an architect; a designer and a dedicated researcher at the Architecture Department, University of Lagos.
According to the senior pastor, his great joy is having great leaders who are driven by the zeal to work righteously in a service to God and for the benefit of humanity.
Dr Adebamowo says he feels blessed to have the like of Pastor Joe Femi-Dagunro as a partner to run a ‘governmental Church where respect, love and integrity reign supreme.
The Church uses the opportunity to welcome everybody to the programme of events celebrating Grace and glory Chapel.
